Hi Serena, Your new works are beautiful. I took your Wabi Sabi encaustic workshop at the Portland Art and Soul in October. That day was such an amazing day for me. I loved the way you taught us, and the freedom you gave us to experiment with a new medium. I took the plunge recently and bought some encaustic supplies so I can try it out at home. My blog entry shows my first home efforts.

The haiku I used in the second one is one you shared with us that day. hope I can take another class or workshop with you again in Portland sometime!
